How it works (very simple)

If you park often in the city and know your area, you are already a good Seeder.

Tell us your city, area, and how often you drive. It takes less than 2 minutes.

We check and activate you

If you are a good fit, we mark your account as Seeder inside the Tabin app.

Share free spots & grow

Every real free spot you share gives you more Trust Score and points.

We want Seeder rules to be clear and fair for everyone.

You only share free, public, legal parking spots that you actually used.
•
+1 Trust Score and +2 points for each real free spot you share.
•
If a spot you shared is confirmed fake/taken, you can lose Trust Score.
•
Reporting a bad spot never gives you a penalty. Only the owner of the fake spot is penalized.
•
If you share many fake spots, we may block you from sharing for a period of time.

Do I get money for each spot? +

Not now. For MVP you collect Trust Score and points. Later we can connect points to gifts or small rewards in each city.

Can I share paid or private spaces? +

No. Only free, public, legal parking. No private garages, no blocked spaces, no unsafe places.

Will I be punished if I report a bad spot? +

No. Reports never reduce your Trust Score. Only the owner of a confirmed fake spot gets the penalty.
